This Privacy Policy describes how Dice and Decks Guild Hall ("the Site", "we", "us") — a website operated by Guillotine Life — collects, uses, and protects information from visitors who browse the Site or submit data-removal requests through it.

1. Who We Are
The Site is operated by Guillotine Life, the parent brand of Tinkavu LLC / Extra Turn Games. The Site hosts documentation, privacy policies, data-removal request forms, and related information for our published mobile applications.

2. What Data We Collect
2.1 Data Removal Request Submissions
If you use the Site's data-removal request form, we collect:
- Your email address (so we can confirm we have processed your request and notify you when done).
- The name of the app for which you are requesting removal.
- Any optional notes you include in the form.
This data is used solely to process your deletion request and send you a confirmation. We retain the submission for up to 90 days after processing for audit and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.
2.2 Site Analytics
The Site may use privacy-first analytics (such as Vercel Analytics or a self-hosted alternative) to collect aggregated, anonymized data about Site usage, including:
- Pages visited and approximate time on page.
- General geographic region (country or region level only; no city-level or IP-level data retained).
- Referrer source (e.g., which search engine or link brought you to the Site).
- Device type and browser type (no persistent device identifiers).
